The use or possession of illegal drugs, cannabis products (including cannabis in all forms, i.e. edibles, gummies, etc.), drug paraphernalia (including, but not limited to bongs, pipes, and hookahs), and any form of alcohol are not permitted on campus and will be fined at $500 per instance. The use or possession of tobacco products, smoking and vaping devices, and open flame will be fined at $500, per instance. Empty illegal drug, cannabis or tobacco product containers/packaging constitute proof of consumption. All individuals present when a prohibited substance/item is present are considered to have participated in its’ use and the group will be fined accordingly
